Fed up of blocking fraudulent and promotional messages from various fraudulent companies like Taj Rummy, etc for years.

DND Service doesn’t work. Neither those chatbots understands our queries nor there is an option to contact real customer support. Even Nodal contact info doesn’t work.
Also, Despite of filing DND compaint from the app, it sends me a message “No further action could be taken because it couldn’t find the records of the incident”, screenshot of which is also provided.
I will file a legal complaint for Mentally Harassing a Human and Failure to protect personal data if these fraudulent messages do not stop.
I will not share my personal details to Bharti Airtel Customer support (if they want to help me) but expect the Company to Help Every mentally drained human who can’t reach the customer support and fed of getting promotional texts and can do nothing about it.
I will expect the Company to stop these spamming messages on behalf of everyone including mine, otherwise I will take serious legal actions against your Firm.
