Text of Complaint by Aashutosh maheshwari:

It is been not more than a week and i am facing broadband internet services not working again.
This is impacting my job as i have to work from home hoping that the airtel will provide me internet without interruption.
Also, whereas airtel is charging us for the whole month of 30 days for service whereas us no deduction in charges for the days of no Internet issue from airtel end.
I have to recharge my other internet enable device to do my job.
So technically i am paying both airtel and some other service provider whereas airtel is responsible for providing me uninterrupted internet.
