Text of Complaint by Kevin Kakadiya:

I am Kevin Kakadiya.

I borrowed money as a loan from your Cashe application of Rs. 25000 on 27.06.2023.

I already paid first EMI in Sep & Oct. month, I have some financial problems so I am not able pay upcoming EMI yet and my due date is also passed for upcoming EMI. So, I am requesting you that please give 15 days more.

I will start and pay next EMI from 8th March, 2024. But, your officers called me and my references and harassing us to make payment. They also threats me that, if I am not making payment, then they will call my family members, friends, references and office number and also visits my home and office for the payment. They behaves total unprofessional with me like I am frauder and did fraud with the company.
Your officer continuously calling my family members, friends, and references in every 15 minutes.

I am not frauder and I am ready to pay whole your EMI. But my request that I need some time to pay EMI regularly. From next month, I will pay your pending EMI regularly. Please give me 15 days. I will start and regularly pay the EMI from next 08th March 2024.

I am again requesting you to give 15 day’s time of this month. I will regularly pay from next EMI on 8th March, 2024. So please look out this matter.
