I used airtel dth from past 4 years with 1 parent amd 3 child connection . When i was tried to recharged last time of 3 connection out of 4 and cancel the remained one connection they didn t do anything about it 2 months period. Then after i was going for jio connection . But they were continuesly called 4-5 times a day and harassed me. Many times i tried to explain them why i cancelled airtel dth but yhey didn t listen and called regularly. In month of may there were some medical condition in my family so that i activate dnd and ask them to please do not call but its not working though. The company should be responsible it and i filed complaint in consumer court if my problem doesnt resolved immidiately.As i used airtel postpaid service with 1299/- plan from many years , i also think to change it to tired of behavior of the airtel dth.
