I was one of the oldest clienteles of Mysore spanning over 13 years. For my broadband connection, I was allowed discount of Rs.200 p.m. as a special case. This was abruptly withdrawn albeit this was a life time arrangement as promised by Airtel. My repeated requests fell on deaf ears. I have sent e.mail to all concerned in this regard.
