I had a Airtel Postpaid plan of 549 Rs per month which is deprecated long back as per Services info on Airtel website. There are better services and data packs in plans much lesser value than the 549 one. Still I was not informed or switched to all the available services in the same plan. In short, value for money is not there. This is a fraudulent case from Airtel and Customer care executive simply refused to look into it.
