Numerous purchases over past two years of detective, damaged, and used products. Every time I posted a review (with pictures), I received an email that stated they removed my review because it would adversely affect the seller. I did not use any foul language, but only showed what I had received from Amazon. Each time I had to file a complaint, produce a return label, repackage the product and drive to the post office to stand in a long line (specifically designated for Amazon returns only) to send back the item. This has been not only frustrating in the amount of time of mine they have wasted, but also resulting in delays of my work and other issues. The current picture is a thermostat sold as new.
