Dear Sir/Madam,
The NBFC Creditt App – Datson Exports
from whom I borrowed Rs. 25,000/ could not be paid on time as I am afflicted with Covid 19. They rudely wrote messages to me and called me upto 30 times a day to browbeat me to return the money, when I was requesting them to take extra amount and i will pay as soon as I recover. They went ahead and wrote mails to my office mail ID’s called and threatened by contacts whom I have not spoken to in the last six months. I have been utterly humiliated and for a genuine reason if the consumer has to undergo such experience, then what is the use of banking reforms.

The agent called my contacts and threatened them and I had to borrow money under my covid afflicted condition and repay. I want justice! Doesn’t the Indian Govt Banking reforms allow late payment with extra fees! Who are these agents who act as if they are God! How can they go scot free?
I want justice! I want a personal apology note from the NBFC regarding this incident. I am willing to write to all media/corporate houses/social media channels till I receive justice.
As a consumer, I borrow money, if I can’t pay extra fees, my cibil score gets affected but how can they resort to goondaism?
After all of this, I get a message from 93424082459 saying I can reapply for a new loan.

I have took the loan and paid on time for 2 times and 3rd time not able to pay due to some critical situation. But they calling my contacts and whatsapp to all my contacts everyday and threatening to suicide. Speaking vulgarly.
