I recharged yearly data plan of 2999 rupees for my jio number.
but i am unsatisfied with some issues such as lost of 2.47 gb data at time 12:32 AM on 6-10-2024. usually 12:32 AM is the renewal time of my mobile data daily, but all data of 2.5GB got consumed as per jio app (my usage data) information.
how all the data of 2.5GB got consumed at time of renewal without my involvement.
i am not alligating any one. just i need answer and if i am right (surely i am right) i need my 2.5 gb data back.
