Text of Complaint by Poovarasan Srinivasan:

On 16th of December 2025, I applied for a new jio Airfiber connection, At the time of request I Paid Rs.1000/- as Installation charges /Deposit Amount to Sale Representative of Jio Mr.Gopinath, despite repeated follow-ups with Mr.Ramasamy Jiofiber team and Walk to Jio Head office at Thoraipakkam (Purvankara Building 2nd Floor), even after 12 days, the connection has not been installed or activated.

This delay has caused me financial loss, Inconvenience and mental harassment.

Relief South:
1. Immediate Installation of the Jio Air Fiber connection OR Refund of Rs.1000 paid.
2.Compensation of Rs.25000 for mental agony, harassment and deficiency in service.
3.Litigation costs of Rs.5000 to be awarded.

1.Copy of email screenshot of communication with Jiofibercare with Order No.NO0001A8PLO.
