Text of Complaint by Dhruv:

have just recharged jio internet acc

02235540717, and its still not working

My registered no is 8879670789

Since past 3 days there has been no action taken

Have contacted like 20 times and executive says it will be resolved in hours but no one visits

I have been mentally drained by this negligence

After every time i call, on jio app my help status shows resolved, how is it even possible without me not being contacted by anyone

Will take legal action if it doesnt get resolved in next 24 hours as i have all call records and messages

Didn’t expect this from reliance
