1} chargeable customer. Care phone number, and long waiting to connect to the customer care service. Unlimited plan is not usable to connect.
2} home branche is not solving customers problems, also they refer to call CC no. Which is also chargeable.
3}eni is is bounce they will try four times in a month and charge four times of panelty.
4} holding accessible amount bank balance without without customers knowledge till long time, hold balance not usable even to pay panel tu unless email to the bank, where thousands of customers are not able to send email and facing manny problems.
6} for even 1000 rs they send illegal and improper people to the resident for collection but bank can hold thousands of balance illegally.
7} 5000 plus is in hold against 1152 rs.
