Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a suspicious phone call I received from the number 6281413650. The person who called me claimed to be a consumer court helpline support person and attempted to solicit my personal information and account details.

I am extremely concerned about this as I believe this individual may have been attempting to steal my personal information for fraudulent purposes. I did not provide any information to the person on the call and terminated the conversation immediately.

I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent others from falling victim to such scams. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with any guidance on how I can protect myself from such fraudulent activities in the future.
