I am filing this complaint against Zupee Ludo regarding a deceptive advertisement that resulted in significant financial loss.
On [Date(s) when you saw the advertisement], I viewed an advertisement for Zupee Ludo (possibly on [Platform where you saw the ad, e.g., YouTube, Facebook, TV, etc.]) that explicitly stated users could start a match for ₹1 and win ₹50,000 in 5 minutes. This claim was a primary factor in my decision to engage with the Zupee Ludo platform.
Relying on this enticing and seemingly low-risk, high-reward proposition, I deposited and played games on Zupee Ludo. Contrary to the advertisement’s promise, I found that:
* The advertised “₹1 to win ₹50,000 in 5 minutes” scenario was either non-existent or practically impossible to achieve. I was unable to find or participate in any such game format that genuinely offered this outcome under the advertised conditions.
* The actual gameplay and prize structures were significantly different from what was advertised, leading me to believe the advertisement was a deliberate misrepresentation to attract users.
As a direct consequence of this false and misleading advertisement, I have incurred a substantial financial loss totaling ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees). This loss is a direct result of my trust in the deceptive claims made by Zupee Ludo in their promotion.
I seek appropriate redressal from Zupee Ludo for their unfair trade practices and misleading advertising, which have caused me considerable financial detriment. I request the consumer court to investigate this matter thoroughly and direct Zupee Ludo to compensate me for the losses incurred due to their deceptive practices.
