I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the relentless and invasive actions of Bajaj Finance. It has come to my attention that I am receiving an incessant barrage of 20-30 calls on a daily basis from their representatives, all pertaining to their Home Loan and Overdraft facility offerings.
I find it utterly astonishing that despite my repeated attempts to communicate my disinterest and categorical refusal of these services, their persistence in hounding me during my working hours has not wavered. It has reached a point where this incessant barrage of calls is bordering on harassment.
I am appalled by the blatant disregard for my explicit wishes and the complete disregard for common courtesy and respect for my time. This persistent and unsolicited communication is causing a significant disruption to my daily routine and is undermining my ability to focus on my professional responsibilities.
I strongly urge Bajaj Finance to rectify this situation immediately. It is not only causing me immense inconvenience but also reflecting poorly on their business ethics and customer service standards. I demand an immediate cessation of these unsolicited calls and a sincere apology for the distress this relentless behavior has caused me.
If this harassment continues, I will be left with no choice but to explore legal avenues to protect my rights as a consumer and seek redress for the unwarranted intrusion into my personal and professional life.
I expect prompt attention to this matter and a resolution that ensures my privacy and peace of mind moving forward.
