I Sugriv Gupta, resident of Nana bhai Wadi ,Wadala Ram mandir lane,East Mumbai 400037 area. Since From last few weeks we are suffer from every week break down of electricity in our area and this is every years matter no single person From BEST team or concerns Person looking for this matter why they problem occurred every year. Although we complaint many a times.
1) No one is properly response on this below mentioned number 8828847563 / 02224148662.
2) they don’t even take our complaint and do not follow the procedure of complaint.
3) today 3/5/2020 from around 4:30am one meter in our area blast so I called them around 8am on there WhatsApp number (mentioned above) one person has picked up the phone and say SEEMA people will come 9am and then after they will come. Is this a way to solved this problem.
I expect from you soon strict action and please it’s Guinne request from our sides
