There was a billing mistake from Airtel’s side that resulted in over billing. Every month I have to call customer care, to get it fixed. They promise that it will not happen again, but it again happens every month. It is resulting in hours of time waste for me, and more importantly lot of mental pressure. This has happened almost 5 times in last 5 months, and they have not changed their ways. I would like to sue Airtel, and demand an explanation and compensation for the loss of peace of mind.
