I have a very bad review on your services. Are you satisfying your customers? Students are not able to attend the lectures because of your slow internet connectivity. This is since the past 3 days.Even I am living in the city, I am not able to get good a good connectivity. Then what are services for. When we call on Customer care they didn’t reply well. Even the AI bot on MY JIO is fake, Says I have good internet connectivity. How is it possible is at the same time I am even not able to google something. Shut down your company if you are not able to provide us the required results. We are not using the mobile data for free, we are paying for it. Take this complain on a serious note. Or shut down this JIO.
