I have raised complaint about customer care behaviour and pathetic way of talking, i want to know the cancellation procedure not able to get the simple details, Social media executives are useless and dont know how to speak with customer, Simply disconnect the call without resolution, entire issue mail marked to CEO Sir but no reply yet. It’s very sad to see that.
I thought will get satisfactory answer if i will highlight to higher authority but it seems that they are busy in other things as they dont have time to read customer’s emai.
