I write more than 2 mail at airtel about connectivity issue in my airtel sim 9971906307

but every time they say your mail id is registered but in my airtel app it is clearly showing it is verifed and they are saying to call 121 ,it is simple logic which they don’t understand how can i make a call if there is connectivity issue
