Hello,
Connectivity is very poor and fluctuating..though it is costly broadband connection which i have taken compared to local connections..the connectivity response is very bad.
Also the customer service is WORST FROM DAY 1.
– Wrong sales done from sales team.
– IVR and customer care number are misguiding and misleading..no solution or resolution can be done through IVR…its waste of time. 10 to 15 times i called each IVR number but their is no path to raise connectivity concern.
Highly disappointed with the connectivity concerns..and more-ever the customer service mechanism.
WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE FROM AIRTEL WOULD CALL ME FOR THE CONCERN…
