Text of Complaint by Sudipta Ghosh:

I had been using connection Airtel Fiber connection (033102165871_dsl) since Mar2021 and I was happy with the service and support provided by Airtel. However I would like to bring to your notice about the recent conversation happened with Customer Care and the people who looks after relocation request.

I had recently transferred to Ranchi from Kolkata and before I had transfer I was informed the connection is available in Ranchi where I am currently residing and have to carry Fiber Box along with me after which the transfer process would be completed within 24-48 hours. However after I have transferred I was informed about the connection is not available in the area I am residing wherein I informed that my neighborhood people are using Airtel Fiber connection still the relocation team insisted on the connection unavailability and taken request for termination of Fiber Connection and they didnt even bother about losing customer. Now I have given new request for connection and the sales person informed that the connection is available in the area and we have to pay for new connection which was done from my alternate number.

I am surprised about such an incorrect information by Customer Service has led to termination of my Fiber connection and I again have to go through entire new connection process. I never thought such an esteemed organization named Airtel would do such things.
