On 1st Nov’23, I raised a request to shift my connection to a new address and TAT for the same was 7 days as per the customer service associate however on app it was 120 hours. When I spoke with an associate on the 1st, I cleared that I am on a rented place and will be there only for couple of more days and after that I will not have any access to the house. Today on 11th, Nov’23 I am still waiting for my connection to shift to a new place. Raised the complaint with the Nodal also however no satisfactory resolution or update received on my ticket 14141233. My children are not able to attend thier online classes, their studies are getting impacted and my work is also getting hampered because of now internet. I would have switched to a new service provider however I would not be able to do that because I already paid in advance for 4 months and Excitel also refused to refund the access amount paid. Raising a complaint here so that someone can help me in getting out from this stressing situation which is basically pushing me towards depression.
