Hello,
I have a connection of Airtel Xstream fibre in 10/62 Kirti nagar industrial area, New Delhi with the name of Anil Haswani, DSL no. 011100724989 .
I have shifted to Madhya pradesh from Delhi and my airtel connection is paid for 6 months, hence i want to apply for shifting the connection and meanwhile the connection gets shifted I request to hold it as i have not used it from last 2 months and no customer helpline is able to help me with it.
No Airtel helpline is available for the same and i dont know what to do as my money is getting wasted.
I have paid 6000-6500 approx for my 6 months connection.
Please help me with the problem, It will be very helpful.
