The agent came on 8 dec 2021and took money from us, and said the connection will be done next day, and I got delivered a message saying the connection will be done on or before 14 dec 2021, and now is 15 dec and I called agent everyday and they said it will be done by end of the day but nothing has been done till now, and now they are even not responding on call, I am really frustrated from this kind of services from Jio, this is really unacceptable.
