We had already complained the signal & connection problem to TATA Sky help line through registered mobile number. It has spend the about 1 month, but no any action or solution provided by them. Many technician came to my house and they are told me that there was a common instrument (device) for society missing from floor which is outside of my flat and for the new instrument for common use in society, it would be paid by me.
Therefore, I ask to him, if there is a needed any common devise outside of my flat, why should I bear it. If any devise is required inside my room, we will paid for them.
Then the TATA Sky representative called me several times a day, but no solution was available to me, I am very hesitant and tired with them.
And we herewith inform you that at the time of 1st installation of connection in my flat, the technician was refusing to use the disc directly, which was already provided by TATA Sky. It has not been used since 1.5 years after installation and it is damaged due to this reason.
We herewith request to you, kindly do the needful and resolve the matter at the earliest.
