Dear customer care team
I opted for your internet network in anticipation that you are excellent service providers. It has only been a couple of months and things have started going wrong.
I am a teacher and I have to take online classes. Everytime, there is a network problem (weak signal). The class gets messed up..
What is the use of paying without returns?
If this continues, I will definitely opt out of AIRTEL services and go in for one of your competitors.
