Text of Complaint by Shailesh Bora:

I had taken fixed fiber line(broadband) connection on 09 May 2022 through Airtel executive Mr. Sushant Kumar (Emp ID:V5178416). On consent of Mr. Sushant, I had made a cash payment of INR 3004 to availing connection of prepaid broadband service for 06 months. This connection worked fine till 29th July and suddenly that day Airtel has suspended broadband services. Even on assurance of immediate restoration of Service Mr. Sushant told me to make it monthly recharge with INR 589 which I did but Services didn’t resume. While contacting Airtel customer care I came to know that my amount has been reversed back, while I would like to inform that I had not raised any such request to refund me amount. Since I had made this cash payment to the executive then I can’t say where this has been reversed or if this has been a case of fraud by this executive with customer. Airtel has been failed to give me justified detail of their transaction account for which they are claiming that amount has been reversed.
It has been almost more then 15 days while I had follow up with Airtel Executive Mr. Sushant ( Contact No.-8533008053), Airtel West Circle Sales head Mr. Praveen Gupta ( Contact No. -8881448444) & customer care team. Every Time they had given assurance that issue will be resolved within 24/48 Hrs but still this issue has not been taken care of or seems the Airtel team is least bothered about customer service. I would like to bring your attention to address the above mentioned issue at earliest. For reference I had also attached my mail exchange with airtel 121 but no resolution after many reminder. Looking phase of pandemic when my company is allowing me to work from home , due to such suspended service (even after making full payment) I am not able to do work from home and have been helpless. Every time calling to Airtel executive has been now ridiculous & disappointing due to false commitment each time. Its a purely mental harassment and a planned fraud by Airtel Executive.
