Text of Complaint by Tina Shah:

  • Airtel executive took payment for three months last Friday. Since then no executive has visited or picked up my call when I inquired about the connection to be put. There is one number of an executive given to me who also doesn’t reply to my calls. The connection has not been put till now. Due to which I am facing a lot of difficulty for my online work. I am stuck as my payment was also taken. Form no. 01721380908. Payment transaction id is 508129547
