Hi I have requested for relocation on 29th of October 2021 and it was promised that they instal my Broadband and DTH on 3rd of November 2021 at my New Delhi location from Pune. However it was not installed and I called customer service sevral time and they promised again to get it done by 3:30 PM on 3rd but nobody came. I took a local ISP and paid Rs 1999 and I lost my salary for that day. I want the connection and reimbursement from Airtel for my total lose.
