Dear Sir,
I applied JIO fiber connection on 26/09/2020 and purchase the connection @1500/- but after 3 days they said in my area connection was not available so, i cancel the connection and raised the request for refund with service request. SR000012GPPZ on 04/10/2020, they said after 7 days it will be credit on same account from which amount was debited, but still, i haven’t received my refund now they are saying amount was credited on 10/10/2020, i got customer care executive recording and my bank statement statement.
