I have a broadband connection with number 04714064542. I requested disconnection of this particular broadband connection on 22 July. This has still not been actioned and the monthly amount has been taken from my account even from September as I have a standing instruction for this account. When I contacted again after my September payment was taken, I was told that the disconnection has been initiated and would be closed by 1 November 2019. That’s almost a month in future from the date I requested again. I need the cancellation to be made back dated to July 2019 and the amount taken since then to be refunded.
