Since more than last 2 weeks we are facing connection issue in Jio fibre network in my home connection.
I tried from Jio app but the diagnostics feature is not helping in our case. Moreover, I am away from my home where connection is installed.
Also the router is not responding even after trying several times. I wanted to schedule engineer visit but the jio app process is not allowing me to do so.
I am really disappointed with Jio, as even after calling several time on customer care number, I didnt get any help apart from routing to the Jio app again and again. Also, I talked to customer care executive but they did not provide any solution. they said we will forward details but never forwarded any details.
Request you to disconnect the Jio fibre connection as I am extremely disappointed with your services.
