My connection is not working for the last 20 days and I got only a single reply saying that it has a technical issue in my area but the connections in my neighbor’s area are working properly. I raised complaints 4-5 times but every time it is being closed without ant visit/troubleshooting calls from GTPL engineer. Now GTPL is saying that that is CABLE ISSUE and need to wait for a few more days.
