Issue : I use three months plan… from 24th of june next billing cycle was supposed to be started but as i was not at my place since march and i am not able to use it so i got safe cuatody activated on 22nd June…
Before raising safe custody request i called airtel to know their rules about this safe custody and i was said that after its activation i would not be charged for my plan and would be charhed only for safe custody so i proceeded with that…
Considering all this there should not be any charges for internet plan untill i deactivate safe cuatody and there should be only safe custody charges but i am being charged for whole plan which is around 4543 rs.
I am trying to get 8t resolved since friday…i have explained this issue to almost 8 to 10 airtel employess and even their supervisors.. first thind everyone sayd different reasons for this bill… second they sayd that i would recive call back but i never receive… third they keep me on hope for more than 20 mins but disconnect call in between after waiting for such long time and then they don’t even call back…
So is this the way airtel is working on customers’ queries as they are advertising… its not at all less than tortuting customers…
Its been 6 days same things are happeni g… if airtel front hand customer handlers are nit well clear with rules and policies applicable to different plan then why they deal with customers and suggests wrong policies and provide wrong reasons behind airtel’s mistakes…
