I had put my Airtel broadband connection (DSL number: 01147073076) in Safe custody on Feb 12, 2023 for 4 months. My billing was supposed to be Rs. 236 (including tax). However, I have received a bill as per normal usage of Rs. 589 on 12th March,2023. This is incorrect and completely unethical as I had confirmed the terms and conditions with Airtel executives. This is the second time I am facing this issue. Please look into this matter and make the correction at the earliest.
