I have filed disconnection request of my broadband connection by airtel in the 3rd or 4th week of October since I got a connection from another internet service provider. I am receiving SMS and email stating I owe Airtel a huge sum of approx Rs.1500/- till date with is a major distress every other day and I am loss of my mental peace.
