I have stopped using Airtel services on 20th of March 2020 and I have updated Airtel through email and asked them to temporarily deactivate services in March since I was away. I am still away and I haven’t used any of their services after 20th of March. However, Airtel kept on generating my normal bill. I have reminded them countless times to adjust payments as per data I have used and deactivation charges if there is any, but they were not in the mood listen. Perhaps I received a call from Airtel for 50% waver, I accepted this offer immediately and asked them to mail me first. After receiving the email I made payment of 2000 which was indeed more than they asked for and yet my services are suspended while receiving messages and calls that asking me to pay the rest of the amount that was in my actual bill (the amount left after paying full waver). I am calling customer care every day and they promised me to resolve this issue soon but nothing is happening instead of getting harrassed. I am attaching the waver mail and please help me to pull myself out from this situation.
