Regarding broadband connection deactivation without information. It was working for a month ok and deactivated without any communication.
I am trying to activate it from 30.05.2022. I have called customer care many times with no solution till now. It has been more than 8-9 days since the connection was not active.
Every time customer care persons are telling different information and passing fake commitment and very arrogant behavior. Never seen such unprofessional behavior.
Please check the call recordings if you require. I can also send all call recordings.
Still dont know When will I get my connection activated?
I am really very frustrated with such unprofessional service,
