Today indigo flight from kochi to Hyderabad got delayed but it was consoled in kochi airport by staff that they had informed about delay to Hyderabad airport. Flight landed 1 hour late and we reached boarding gate at 8:20 pm and flight gate was closed. Neither they informed Hyderabad airport not did they hold the flight. Kindly take action for such misguiding and miscommunication and falsification of information just to cool us down in kochi airport.
