Text of Complaint by Karan:

I have initiated request for shifting my connection, and tried calling customer support and ground technician multiple times, but they just come home, check for 30-40 mins and leave without any information, if i check with escalation team and customer support (011- 44444121), they say we don’t have any record of previous calls/promises with none input on what is going on ground level, I am working professional, getting my work effected with this, i want airtel to compensate the loss of time and money.
It all started, when i reached out for connection shift request, and get my re-charge done, now they are not even imitating the refund stating its prepaid, also telling me we don’t have any record of connection shifted to your new location, but the connection has been shifted on 6 sept 2022, they close the previous request (on 9 Sept 2022) without informing me, so i raised another one on 11 Sept 2022, and still no resolution, Every customer support person tells me different story, i see its a scam to get customer’s money by recharging and let not them use the internet, i am requesting to look into the fraud, scam running by airtel.
