Sir,
my connect number 1605012026
I have send connect broadband company an email on 15 june 2023 as they start making calls 1-2 weeks before due date of bill and disturb me in when i am busy or doing some important work they frequently call me, so i fed up of that and ask them not to call in an email and in return they disconnected my connection and asking me to pay unpay dues which are not at all liable also they are asking me to return the router and other thing like phone i special want to mention that i have not received any phone from them they are just thiefs they cheat their customers like this only i just reminded them to not make caals also i have said that their connection disconnets often but they simply sen me mail and said you have ask to disconnect the connection and asking me to pay unnecessary due bills which is not at all liable i want strict actions to be made against these fraud companies if you want further info i can give

Sir their company has disconnected of their own i just asked them not to make frequent calls for bills and in ego the disconnect my connection and again they are calling me back to back sir , i want you to take a very very strict action against these fraud companies and also aware people to choose some other companies and boycott these companies.
