  • Good morning from Nigeria.
  • I have been trying for days to connect and speak to an Airtel customer care agent in Nigeria but it has not worked. I want to know if there’s a way out because 121 and 111 toll-free lines have not helped me.
  • Secondly, I want to understand the available monthly data plans that come with YouTube Night package. I can’t keep wake all night just to watch YouTube that I don’t need after a day’s job and even when I opened the YouTube at night, it charged me from the Monthly Bundle Plan instead of the YouTube Night.
  • I am really been discouraged and have longed to speak with your agent for an explanation and possible data plan options.
  • Kindly treat this as important.
