Hello,
i ordered dress and i did not get what I ordered and payed. They are not contacting anymore because I want too send that dress on they firm back and I want money back what shall I do?

    1. Isti problem imam i ja. Osim što proizvod niti ne odgovara proizvodu s reklame. Boja da, ali sam kroj nikako. Znači, i ja bih vratila haljinu i tražila povrat novaca, ali ne znam što još, osim poruke poslane mailom, učiniti?

  1. Na confirm@zenmas sam naručila grudnjak ,jedan platiš 27 eura a drugi dobiješ gratis. Platila sam pouzećem i dobila jedan grudnjak. Tražila sam objašnjenje email – om , blokirali su mi poruke. Čista prevara.
