Hi,
due to frequent internet issues; i requested an upgrade for a fiber (post consulting the technician visited during last compliant) on 2nd July. the order was placed successfully & i was informed that within 3 working days the line will be upgraded & internet issue will be resolved. its’ been 7 WD now & still i haven’t heard back from Airtel yet. I called customer care three times & every time i was given an assurance that the line & router will be changed within next 8 working hours. i also sent an eMail to appellate.del@in.airtel.com but it seems no one care of these customer complaints. i’m very disappointed with the services & responsiveness of Airtel so hence reaching out to log this compliant.

I hope that someone hear this issue & take the necessary action to resolve this quickly. this is impacting my work, my children’s school work, etc & looks like i’m left with only a option to change my connection to other company. Please help resolve this asap or advice
