Dear Flipkart Customer Support,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concerns regarding a recent purchase made on your platform.
On 28-September-2023 I ordered a Motorola [moto g 32] from Flipkart Order ID 329276460867270100,Regrettably, upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was damaged internally and screen contain colored lines in the left bottom of the phone which is highly visible due to which phone is not working properly.
I immediately contacted your customer service team to address this issue, and I appreciate their prompt response. However, I am facing significant difficulties following their instructions. According to their guidance, I am expected to visit the Motorola service center, which is approximately 100 kilometers away from my residence.
My primary concern is this: I purchased this product from Flipkart, and I have paid the full amount to your platform. Therefore, I believe it is Flipkart’s responsibility to rectify this situation. It seems unreasonable to ask a customer to undertake a lengthy journey and incur additional expenses to resolve an issue that occurred during the delivery process.
I kindly request that Flipkart take immediate action to resolve this matter to my satisfaction. I expect a replacement for the damaged product or a refund of my purchase amount as soon as possible. I would like to stress that this experience has been highly inconvenient and frustrating, and I hope for a swift resolution.
I trust that Flipkart will uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction and provide a solution that aligns with the convenience and trust I have associated with your platform.
