Reference the order number.
I had placed order on 25 August 2021. The Amazon mobile app continuously showed that the shoe will be delivered on 31 August, 2021. On 31 Aug, the order disappeared from the Amazon app. On contacting Amazon staff, I was informed that the seller cancelled the order. My issues with Amazon are as below:
1 Why has seller and Amazon took six days to cancel this order?
2 Why the order details were surreptitiously removed from the app.
3 Is Amazon cheating other customers in India in a similar or other ways ?
