I have jio number and I am planning for getting a wifi service but before that I am looking for some recharge plan so that outside my home, I will be able to access calling.
But as I have started to look toward any plan which comfort my pocket, I found none. So, I had to come to the base plan. Then I thought why not go with recharging top-up but I get to know that in Jio, you can’t access calling services if you haven’t recharge any base plan which now is a burden in middle-class customer’s pocket. Now, I again had to come to the base plan which is in actual, cost alot.
But, before JIO came into the market, customer was freely able to access calling and internet services If we have recharged only top-up.
So these recharge plans of JIO are compelling customers to go only with recharging base plan or any unlimited calling plan which cost a lot to wifi user. This is like, we, the customers are here to provide a kind of services to JIO of giving money and JIO has no concern for the customers but making a huge profit by ignoring middle class or poor segments customer’s situation by not providing any option to them except what they want us to recharge on.
So I want to complain against JIO, that how their customers are compelled and have no choice but to recharge only base(unlimited calling & data plan) plan.
Please take action against these monopoly behaviour and unfair recharging plan of JIO.
