Air conditioner of Whirlpool make procured from Dass Electronics , Kalkaji New Delhi-19 procured in April 2019 has been out of service since Jul21.
Whirlpool service centre representative has taken money to the tune of few thousand rupees and till date even after repeated complaints the same has not been rectified.
The head of service for north india Mr. Mohit Sharma (+91-9211791687) has been made aware of the same, but even after more than 1 month of repeated request no action has been taken by such a senior person of the Organisation.
The Company advertises for 5 year warranty of the COMPRESSOR . But the same did not last even 2 years and for last 1 year same has not been rectified, even after paying the rectification charges, although the product is in Warranty period.
