I HAVE PLACED ORDER ON 12.07.2022 VIDE ORDER NO. 171-6904038-1845923 AMOUNT RS. 2349/- BUT ON 13.07. 2022 ORDER SHOWING DELIVERED AND ORDER NOT RECEIVED AT MY PLACE.
I ALREADY RAISE COMPLIANT 2 TO 3 TIMES, BUT ONE OF SENIOR EXECUTIVE AVOID TOA NSWER MY CALL AND CUT CALL AND EVEN NOT READY TO LISTED MY PROBLEMS
I AM PRIME MEMBER AND SINCE LAST4 YEARS I AM REGULAR USER OF AMAZON AND ORDER MORE THAN PRODUCTS AND AS [RIME MEMBER I EXPECTING PROPER SERVICE AND RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE.
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR EXECUTIVE BEHAVIOR AND NOW STOP TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM AMAZON DUE TO POOR SERVICES AND RUDE BEHAVIOR ON CALL
I REQUEST YOU TO REFUND MY AMOUNT AS I NOT SHARE ANY OTP FOR ABOVE PRODUCT AND MY FUND BLOCK DUE TO YOUR DELIVERY BOY MISTAKE AND POOR CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT.
